Life to Your Soul

Take Care

Lately, I have had vulnerable moments. I’ve started training in a new area at my job, started driving school, settling into my new place, and having music “withdrawals”. As you can tell, much has occured.

With all the new changes occuring, at one point I felt like I would break. Then I realized that breaking was exactly what I needed to do. I initially assumed that I would feel great with these new changes. I attempted to keep my spirits high but I was honestly overwhelmed. I needed to STOP. To stop trying to hold myself together and remember that I have a Counselor and a Confidant.

You may be engulfed in many things but don’t try to fix everything alone. We have a helper and assistant ready to guide us and build us where we are broken.

I encourage you to enjoy YOURSELF. Enjoy your life. Take one day at a time. Improve the areas of your life that you can. Find your place of solace, not just physically but mentally as well. Jot down your ideas. Create a business plan. Set realistic goals. Be patient. Give yourself time to grow and heal from past hurt. Make the most out of your time with others. Stay away from toxic people.

For those of you who follow my blog I thank you. Honestly, I have been exhausted but God has sustained me and given me strength for each new day.

That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. – 2 Corinthuans 12:10 NLT

there once was a little girl. who dreamed of impacting the world. but she didn't think she was brave enough. she thought she wasn't strong enough. didn't think she was even beautiful. one day she cried out to God in desperation. she wanted to feel loved and appreciated. God took her under His wings. changed her mindset and set her free from depression, anxiety, thoughts of suicide, and low self-esteem. she blossomed into a beautiful, courageous, confident woman. her gifts have opened doors and motivated others. her life never was the same. she is still blooming and I am she!
